However as I drove to their store my first impression was this is not what I am looking for, but the referral came from a great friend so I went inside and am I glad I did. They have the most advanced 3D Design CAD software for renovations, wonderful customer service and a huge selection of flooring and high end cabinets, counter tops, sinks and everything anyone needs for any renovation or addition they are considering. But Dawn immediately understood my situation and located the product, called the vendor and ensured it would get delivered ASAP. While waiting, she touched based with me to ensure it would come as promised. They don’t stand behind their product or fix anything that is broken or missing. They tell you they will research it and get back to you and that is the end of their customer service. The cabinets were NOT real wood -- they were chipboard! Entire kitchen arrived MONTHS late (past promised); much was wrong or damaged or missing. I had to pay another contractor to re-make so much. Freedom did NOT stand behind ANY of their work! Be really careful here. I spent more than $50k with her and it delayed my entire house remodel for months and the poor quality is something I'll have to live with forever! Could not be more disappointed!! Freedom Flooring is a one stop shop from kitchen cabinets, to flooring, to backsplash tiles, and even bathroom accessories such as the fancy LED mirrored lights. Not only is she a supplier, but has also helped with designing the layout of a brand new kitchen. She was able to sent a drafted 3D image within just a couple hours! Amazing! Freedom Flooring also offers flexible financing which I was able to complete my project with peace of mind that I could pay this off in a timely manner with a much lower interest rate of what my credit cards would have charged monthly.
